'Ardness House'
Ardness House is a spacious modern bungalow situated between Bunessan and Fionnphort on the southernmost peninsula of the Isle Of Mull, It has spectacular views northwards, over the sea, towards the prominent headland known as "Burg". Accommodation consists of 1 x twin room and 2 x Double rooms all with ensuite facilities, tea & coffee making facilities are provided in all the bedrooms.The visitors' lounge has a colour TV. However the panorama from the window is probably more pleasing than anything on television. There is ample off-road parking. Evening meals may be available for £18.

Two double bedrooms. The larger double room is on the first floor and has an ensuite shower room. Each bedroom has a welcome tray with tea and coffee making facilities and each has a colour television. The down stairs double bedroom has an adjacent cloakroom containing toilet, washhand basin and shaver point. There is separate bathroon with bath and shower upstairs. Both have extensive views of the surrounding country side and over the sound of Mull. There is also a single bedroom upstairs.
