with mullbirds: Mullbirds self catering unit is situated on the shores
of Lochdon, along the Gorten road and only 1.5 miles from the ferry terminal
at Craignure. This warm and compact flat has been created with the comfort
and convenience of both able and mobility impaired visitor in mind. With
the exception of the kitchen, the whole flat is wheelchair-accessible,
and the toilet/shower room has a level 'wet floor' and low level controls
on the electric shower unit, for the comfort of all guests.
The unit consists of a sunny, south-facing sitting room, twin bedroom,
kitchen and shower-room. There is laminate flooring in each room, full
central heating and additional electric coal-effect fire.
The newly fitted kitchen has a fan oven, four-ring electric hob, microwave,
toaster, kettle and easy lever taps at the sink.
A Satellite
TV/DVD player is provided for those rare days when a shower of rain may
delay your sight-seeing, an internet wirerless conection is also available.
Lochdon is a perfect location for bird-watchers and wildlife enthusiasts,
being quiet and peaceful yet convenient for visiting all parts of the island.
There is a post office within walking distance, open every weekday morning
and there are two grocery shops and another post office in Craignure. A
self-service launderette can be found in Salen, at the back of the Post
Office and there is a dry-cleaning service in Tobermory.
All electricity,
towels and bed linen for two are included in the price. |

a deposit of £75 per
week is required and the balance about a month before your holiday starts.
mullbirds self catering is
available for short breaks November to March (minimum two days)
excluding Rally week and
Christmas weeks at £50 per night (2 nights) & £45 (3 nights
plus)

Bookings information
Booking
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of £75
deposit per week booked. Payments accepted by Cash (GB pounds), by
cheque (GB pounds) or Funds Transfer. Cheques should be made out
to Mr A Spellman.
The deposit is non refundable.
Payment of Balance
The balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday
start date. For bookings made within one month of the start of the
holiday the full amount must be paid.
Cancellation
We advise you to take out holiday cancellation
insurance and suggest that you should book your ferry place when
booking your accommodation.
Availability
Should the property not be available due to circumstances
out of our control, Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to provide
alternative accommodation. In which case all sums paid to us will be returned
to you in full.
