is in a beautiful situation near Salen in the centre of the island overlooking
the sea towards Morvern , Kilchoan and the hills of Ardnamurchan. It sits
in a very peaceful location approximately 200m from the main Craignure
to Salen road and about 100m from the beach, the sunsets are magnificent

in the courtyard and an extensive private garden with garden furniture
to relax while watching for the sea eagles, otters, seals, porpoise and
dolphins and the variety of bird life that frequent the area around the
cottage. |

at the foot of Glen Forsa gives excellent opportunities for hill walking

Two identical
three bedroomed cottages, newly converted to luxury standard from a traditional
stone barn. The cottages are situated one mile from Fionnphort in an elevated
south-facing location, with good views over surrounding fields. The recent
conversion provides spacious and comfortable luxury accommodation, with
high-quality pine furnishings. Each cottage if fully equipped with Total
Control electric central heating. The nearby village of Fionnphort is the
ferry point for the Isle of Iona. It also has shops, a post office, and
a pub and restaurant.

'Ard Shellach'
is a part of the old customs house in Salen and is over 100 years old.
It has been carefully restored and affords clean and cosy accommodation.
It has an open fire in the lounge, TV with digital reception.. The main
double bedroom is on the ground floor with a second twin bedroom on the
first floor, plus a bathroom with electric shower. The kitchen/dinning
area has a microwave, cooker, fridge freezer and utility room with washer/Dryer.
The rear porch caters for walking boots and coats.
Main services
include electricity and telephone. Electricity is included in the rental.
Bed linen is
provided and firewood is free, ample parking space is available.
Salen village
is situated in the centre of the island making it an ideal base from which
to explore the island. |

is a traditional farmhouse, one mile from Iona ferry, it is convenient
to the village of Fionnphort, and shops, Post Office and Restaurant. The
house has one twin and one double room and toilet upstairs, with views
over the surrounding hills, moorlands and lochs. The ground floor consists
of one double and one single bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen/dining
room.
Equipment provided
includes: Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Automatic Washing Machine/Dryer,
Electric Cooker, Colour Television & Video Payphone plus many other
accessories. Linen and towels are provided. Heating is by Total Control
electric heating, which also provides hot water. Electricity operates from
a £1 coin meter. There is a fenced garden and garden furniture is
provided.
A pet can be taken by arrangement only (due to livestock). |
