This Osprey stayed for nine days in September 2010
at Lochdon and was fishing every day on the loch in the morning and again
in the evening. Our local Sea Eagle got wise to this activity and was soon
waiting for the Osprey and them trying to take its fish. The Osprey was
usually successful in out manoeuvring the Sea Eagle but on one occasion
it was forced to drop its catch which the Sea Eagle then stole. The Osprey
just went back and caught another fish. September 2010.
