bed and breakfast is located in the picturesque village of Dervaig,
overlooking
Loch Cuin, where you can be sure to see an array of exciting bird life
and even spot the local otters and deer.
Otterburn is a dog friendly home
and you will get
to meet Mac (our blind but very capable Collie) and Molly (our new
Collie
X pup). Both are very friendly and if you encourage them they can give
you a great game of football!
Accommodation
Otterburn
has two extremely
spacious rooms on the first floor - one double and one twin - both with
superb views over the Cuin. The rooms have large en-suite bathrooms,
comfortable
sitting areas, and are well-equipped with TV, DVD player, tea and
coffee
making facilities and hairdryer. Breakfast is served in the bay window
area on the ground floor enabling guests to take in the view and watch
the birdlife in the garden.
Otterburn
is a non-smoking
establishment (including the grounds) and we will accommodate
well-behaved
dogs by prior arrangement.

Christmas and January) to a warm and friendly house.
Built in the 19th century as a
Manse, the house
has large rooms with picturesque windows giving superb views of Loch
Linnhe
& the Sound of Mull. It has the ambience of a bygone era. We are
only
150yds from the ferry terminal in Craignure.
Accommodation comprises a twin
bedded room fully
ensuite, a double bedded room with its own toilet and washand basin,
and
a single room. There is a second bathroom nearby.
A FreeSat TV is available,
hairdryers, extra blankets
and pillows are supplied. A welcome tray is in each room.
Parking is available in the
grounds, bicycles can
be stored under cover.Our own wee dog Jock rules the roost so
unfortunately
we are unable to accept guest’s pets.
